  25% off is meaningless if they can't honour your booking…

  This outfit is very incompetent. With the discounts and Amex cashbacks from a few months back, I booked an attraction and a restaurant through them. On both, a few days before the actual date of the booking, I received an email that the booking was cancelled. Obviously not ideal when the booking was made several weeks in advance…

  On complaining, I was offered a paltry discount on a future booking which amounted to less than the initial discount.

  I would not deal with the incompetence of this group, and just direct my bookings to other places like Klook that actually have their act together
