It's very bad and disingenuous marketing when products like the Dyson HP07 and HP00 Hot+Cool are promoted as being on sale in the rewards shop when they were already out of stock for months before the sale began, and are likely to still be so when the sale ends the 21st of September.
HP09 also out of stock.

if they mark the HP07 with expected ETA it may be fair game, but the HP00 were out of stock way before the sale began.
No online customer support, as in New Zealand, is no accident. Waiting a half hour on the phone is, as theu well they know, no accident.
