Pretty good price for a well reviewed motherboard. 3 M.2 slots is pretty good too.
If you are looking at getting a new build, it's probably wise to just hold out for the new generation (especially when they come down in price).

Not really, Unify allows splitting the PCIe gen 4 x16 slot into x8 x8 configuration. To my surprise, X570 Unify doesn't appear to implement that split and make it so that all 3 m.2 slots are from CPU (using its ability to do x8 x8 and further split the second x8 into x4 x4 configuration). Anyway, that explains why some people prefer B550 Unify (and why that board is still pretty expensive).
Technically, X570 Unify can achieve what B550 Unify can do, but you need to buy a special PCIe x16 gen 4 NVMe m.2 cards and only use 2 out of those 4 m.2 slots (obviously need to split it to run x8 x8 mode AND I assume the BIOS in X570 allows you to further split that x8 into x4 x4). Much easier and safer to go B550 Unify if you really care about max m.2 PCIe gen 4 speed.
No Wifi
x570 is a very power hungry chip,30+w more than its predecessor x470

If you really care about low power consumption, probably should look at Mac M1 or M2 series.
Want to know people's experience with UMart. I recently bought an item from them. It is cheaper than other sellers, but when I received it, it looks like a used one. One of the bags of a provided cable was already opened. The card doesn't seem to have the unusual anti-static bag.
Amazing motherboard (used in my rig for past few years); however, ONE issue, the Realtek NIC is hot garbage!
It supports 2.5 gigabit but drops packets like crazy. Tried a bunch of different drivers, eventually gave up on it and bought an Intel I350, couldn't be happier.
Google search for the NIC issues on this motherboard plenty to find on forums and Reddit. Perhaps it has been fixed, but do you research. WiFi is great on this, no complaints there.
Otherwise the motherboard is great!
WiFi is intel. That said, Intel recently bought Killer. Thing is Killer doesn't always use Intel LAN / Wifi chipsets. Some of the Killer 2.5Gbps ethernet chips are… Realtek based.
I think this model is better, also has 3 M.2 slots
