That’s not entirely true.
Battery capacity is measured at 3.7v, but the output is at 5v.
The battery has 22.5x3.7= 83.25Wh of energy, when it’s outputting 5v3a, it can release 13.5x5 =62.5Wh of energy. So 62.5/83.25 =75%, it’s not great, but not too bad neither.
It's still shonky, just like the hdd capacity …why not just advertise in real world metrics that consumers expect…same goes for canned goods…show the net weight of the product not the gross weight with liquid etc. that gets drained off…sooooo tired of corporate greed.

No name brand, most likely drop-shipped (per "happy worldwide shipping" on site) and can't even check out to see the shipping cost. As someone else pointed out, the advertised capacity is BS, seeing as it's rated for almost half that.
Don't waste time or effort, spend a few dollars more for a Baseus from the official AU eBay store. Slightly smaller (5% capacity) but at least you know what to expect.
