I found The District Docklands has $10 early bird parking on weekdays if you're in before 10am.
People who's used it, how hard is it to find a spot there? What time should you get there to find empty spots?

Yea bef 10am is the early bird. But I'm thinking you won't be able to find empty spaces by 9 or something due to office crowd?
How long will you be parking for? It might be worth looking at Parking at Crown as well.

You should be fine, docklands is dead most days. Where are you heading to? As you would need to walk or catch the tram from there although I believe it is still free tram zone
