I think the reason is quite obvious but hey they can do whatever they want as our ACCC is hopeless and is just a waste of our taxpayer money to keep their existence.

I suspect the difference between this product and the fold phone that got a $50 gift card, is that for this one JB knew that no one in their right mind would buy it, even at $70.

Yeah, you're right there. I was debating buying it for $69 even though I could do with a gaming chair since my couch sags so much from me sitting in the same spot for hours lol
But, was thinking, it's so bulky. Not a fan of the red stripe (if only it was blue), probably a pricing error, and making other excuses not to jump on the deal (I know… not very OzBargainy of me).
I guess no one's gonna be getting their chairs after-all.
