All of the Gammaxx 120mm range of air coolers are a profound improvement on the stock AMD Wraith coolers in terms of noise and cooling. I bought the GTE V2 a month ago at one of their regular 15% off Amazon sales. At less than 1/3 of the price of the benchmark Dark Rock 4 Pro, it does an incredible job, improving on the stock cooler by 10+ degrees and coming within a couple of degrees of the DR4 and is almost as inaudible under all but the heaviest load.

Don't ask me to extol the virtues of the XT vs GT vs GTE V2, but the consensus online is that the majority of the GAMMAXX 400 range really only differ in colour, LED and fan configuration with no discernable cooling difference, with the notable exception of the S range which have silent fans for less noise and cooling power.
