Was going to purchase this when it was on sale for $1999 last week but really wanted an rtx3070

Lenovo Legion 5 (15", Gen 7) AMD (Storm Grey)

I’ve just found this for $2079

Would love some feedback. I only game 2-3 hours a night if I get a chance to play

  What's the deal with expensive gaming laptops being popular?

  I thought if you pay around $3k for a "good" gaming laptop, a gaming desktop of the same price is way better? Also you don't have to worry about recharging.
