Seems to be cheapest price it's been. Decent enough game for less than $20.

  Was free on pc on Prime Gaming, wasn't very good to be honest. If you want an arcadey racer highly recommend Wreckfest.

    • Some PS4 version discs are much louder spinning than PS5 discs for reasons unknown
    • Smaller download patches on PS5 than PS4 version and take up less "Other" storage
    • You will need to download the full PS5 game from scratch if you go upgrade route, can't just patch PS4 one
    • Some PS4 to PS5 save file transfers don't work very well, if at all although becoming a rarer issue
    • Some people collect PS5 versions and prefer white label consistency on shelf
    • PS5 versions generally retain higher value although probably irrelevant here

    to be honest i always get the PS4 version if theres a PS5 upgrade as i still got my PS4 and its great for flexibility

  This is actually not a bad game!

  Great graphics, no micro-transactions/pay to win, a more simplified car mod experience (my kids find Forza a little too complex, and Paradise City too basic… so this fits in the middle nicely). The tracks, the cars, the weather effects…. it's just really pretty ( I have it on XSX).

  You can just pick it up and play… without a heavyhanded career mode. For $18, it's definitely worth it. When you feel like a car game don't want to 'invest' all that time in building your career like in Forza, this is a great alternative.
