I love this coupon deal format

    • +2

Hahaha, my only aim is to help others who have no idea how to apply a coupon, so I hope it helps lol

  • +1

Nice. Enjoyed the ginger ale last time so now I've got some more.

    Cheers.

  • +2

Minimum is order is 2 packs and seems like coupon only apply to one of them

    • Qty of one where you can get the full discount applies to lite tonic water, grapefruit and rose lemonade as far as I could see.

  • +3

Note Ginger ale, orange tonic water and indian tonic water is minimum qty of 2 now so less of a s&s discount.

    $10.62 for 2.

    • Ginger Ale doesnt have S&S anymore :(

  • Is it a must to mix gin with tonic?

    • I am wondering same. Does anyone enjoy them as it is?

      • +2

Yeah I quite enjoy some gins straight or just soda water.

Did it to reduce calories and then actually started to enjoy it more than tonic

    • Gin and Juice and Gin and soda are super popular drinks.

Of course they are far distant seconds to gin and tonics.

On the otherside vodka tonics are a relativly popular drink,

  • ya sucks

don't understand why they can't make the 2 minimum also have the full 50%

  • No discount coupon available on the rose lemonade when I click through, but there is on the others.

    • looks like all coupons taken for the rose lemonade, thanks for flagging

      • Hiya, so I ticked the coupon and placed an order for 4 individual subscriptions this time for the Rose lemonade. Went smoothly they arrived next day.
My free trial membership was going to end soon and since weeks ago they didn't give me the "$10 promo credit for $39 spend" offer so I thought, might as well try to get my $10 in savings worth and started to order another 4 packs of Rose lemonades.

This time after 2 individual S&S with coupon ticked successfully paid for. The 3rd time I was met with an error "This item is no longer available, please remove from cart". I refreshed the product page, it was still showing the 50% coupon and showing as "in stock". Tried again, same message. So weirdly Amazon decided I had ordered enough lol.

  • ahhh, rose lemonade was the only one I wanted

  • +1

    200ml bottles

    • Yeah, this feels very expensive compared to other drinks, Is this a special brand? exclusive brand? I havent heard of it before so curious.

      • Yeah, it is a less commonly available brand here (I believe they might be more common over in the UK).

Their cola is hands down the best cola available, in my opinion. As a Coke fiend*, it's probably the only fancy cola (off the top of my head) that I would outright prefer to an ice cold Coke 10 times out of 10. They have some other great flavours like the Victoria Lemonade, Mandarin and Seville Orange, and the Sparkling Elderflower.

Rose Lemonade is not my favourite, but it's OK. (I haven't tried any of the other flavours available in this deal.)

        *Yes.

        • "Their cola is hands down the best cola available, in my opinion. As a Coke fiend*, it's probably the only fancy cola"

Makes me want to try Fentimans Cola. What do you think about Chinotto?

          • @harshbdmmaster718: I don't love Chinotto - for me, it's a bridge too far on those herbally bitter flavours. It's something I can enjoy on occasion for something different, but it's just a bit too much for me.

Fentiman's has more of a subtle hint of that herbally flavour, to give it a more complex flavour than your average cola to make it more interesting, without punching you in the face with it like Chinotto. For me, it's the "just right" version.

If you like Chinotto, Fentiman's cola may be too subtle for you.

To give you an idea: I enjoy things like sarsaparilla and root beer as a more interesting alternative to coke. Fentiman's is that middle ground between them that is perfect for me. Chinotto is way too far.

Or another example, in amaro, I love Montenegro and Cynar, but Campari is a bit too much for me (I'll enjoy a Campari spritz on occasion, but it's just a bit much for me personally).

Hopefully that gives you an idea / benchmark! :)

(Ie. On the scale of things, Fentimans is much much closer to Coke than anything else. It's a more interesting version of coke, without between anything too wild.)

            • @caprimulgus: I don't "love" Chinotto, but I can appreciate it. Maybe it's intense for you but I keep in mind it is citrus based flavour which makes me expect it's different going to taste from cola.

I like subtle flavours too. I also drink Sarsaparilla sometimes, but that's more on the intense side for me I think the Sarsaparilla flavour is heavier than Chinotto. I am talking about the Bundaberg Sarsaparilla here.

I haven't tried those "amaro" drinks you mentioned.

But I am still keen to try Fentimans cola. Thanks for mentioning it I did not know it existed. I only learned about "Fentimans" drinks from these deals.

              • @harshbdmmaster718: Actually, you are right: Bundaberg Sarsparilla is actually quite strong in flavour. I had other, less strong "Sarsi" in mind - but really Sarsparilla comes in all kinds (with different strengths), so probably wasn't a helpful comparison!

But yeah, give the Fentiman's cola a try if you ever see it! :)

      • The bottles are small but I always go by the price per Litre. Usually for me I think $6.50 per litre is worth it for fancier ones, of course it depends on the drink though if it's something mainstream you pay a lot less.

Rose lemonade is around $8 per Litre right now so too expensive. But the 50% coupon would have brought it down to $4 a Litre and I would have ordered one.

  • Ginger ale doesnt seem to have S&S, and since its only 1 out of the 2 that gets the deal. In the end its $4 off a $16 RRP… sadly not as good anymore without S&S :(.

  • I am kind of 50/50 on getting more of these. Got a few packs of the Rose in the last deal and have been drinking them slowly.

I like the flavour of the Rose Lemonade, but there is too much fizz in my opinion. I like just regular levels of fizz.
With these you feel gassy with the first sip, then it makes you drink slower and in shorter amounts.

  • Available again now to order! Rose one & orange one only.

    • +1

Came back here to comment the same thing. Rose lemonade is back at $3.26 S&S.

Got a few to make my previous order hurt less where I ordered it all at once and didn't check properly resulting in paying full price for 3 packs.
