Cheap accurate multimeter under $50
Comments
last time i used them (many years ago), futurlec were extremely slow - they just drop ship stuff from asia.
you can pick up a cheap multimeter form any of the chinese sites if you are willing to wait a couple of weeks for shipping
looking to test battery packs for dodgy cells, thought might as well get entry level one

also reviews
http://www.robotroom.com/Multimeter-Reviews.html'accurate' is not specific enough, but if you are talking about +- 0.05V, then anything will work. If you want great repeatability, build quality, frequency measurement, etc price rockets up.
In short: buy something very cheap unless you have a specific requirement.
If you're willing to spend a bit more you can get the Uni-T UT61E for $65 from ebay.

You need the adapter anyway, i think belkin sells cheap ones
Digitech QM-1500 from DSE. less than $10.

not sure about accuracy, but Futurlec is amazing for all electrical needs, they have em for $5!

I have it, not sure what you need accuracy for, most of the time for me its just whether or not there is voltage or current
