All the rumours are finally confirmed.

Kojima Productions and 505 Games are incredibly excited to announce that Death Stranding is launching August 23 with PC Game Pass.

      Correct me if I'm wrong, but games on Game Pass are almost always the standard edition. The point is that you play the base game on Game Pass and then buy the DLCs thru the microsoft store

      The console version was published by Sony directly, but at the time they didn't care about PC so the PC version publishing rights were granted to 505 Games, who in turn have now gone on to sign that version of the game into GP PC. A console version is very unlikely because that would require direct approval from Sony, who presumably want to keep it (console) exclusive to their competing service.

        It's pretty strongly received by critics and audiences on most places. And 70-80% of the negative reviews are all complaints it's a walking simulator. Which they literally knew before going in.
        It's ok for things to be made for someone apart from you.

    I have what I suspect will be a rare problem but beware anyone still running a very old CPU, this game has some requirements for some advanced instructions (AVX instruction set) so it may not work for you :P

    Probably one of my favourite games ever, finished it on pc and ps5. Definitely a love it or hate it though. I just love exploring

        I played standard and it was alot harder, directors cut makes it all so much easy which is disappointing

        Director's. Lots of quality of life improvements. Game is as challenging as you make it to be. Really depends on how you play.

    I tend to skip cut scenes in games because my brain isn’t wired right but am about an hour into this and have only skipped one or two and can safely say I have no clue if I love this or hate this and WTF is happening
