Is Koinly Reliable? Seems to Be Failing with Binance and Giving Incorrect Results

Just seeing your experience.

I signed up recently and connected binance.

Issue 1:
When syncing with API, gives this error:

"Way too much request weight used; IP banned until 1660880077312. Please use the websocket for live updates to avoid bans. - -1003 (418)"

Its been 4 days. Support is really poor and says keep trying after an hour.

Issue 2:
Above sync withe error shows 200 transactions.
When i do manual file export using their give, it shows 55 transactions.

Looks like a fail for binance. Better off just giving the file to my accountant and to work it out?

What has your experience been? Are there any other alternatives where you can import the csv of transactions.

"1660880077312" appears to be a Unix timestamp which translates to, today at 1:34pm (eastern). Try it a few minutes after then.

Maybe the Koinly servers got rate-limited from accessing too much Binance data.

    If that timestamp is anything to go off, today may very well be your lucky day. Or if you get another error after then, then do keep track of what it says then and the timestamp.

Binance took me about 4 hours to sync. All the rest of the exchanges were nearly instant.
Think binance just had some problems. Delete the wallet and try again.
Binance for my partner showed 0 transactions so had to delete and redo then eventually worked
