AMEX 10k Travel Credit When Card Used Overseas - competition

Hi all,

I'm currently overseas and I saw a promo come up from AMEX, where you just needed to spend $1 minimum while overseas to go into a drawer for a 10k Travel credit.

I cannot find a link to this promo and conditions, does anyone have a copy of the link please?

Amex charges a ridiculously high 3% charge. You’re much better off with a 0% card while overseas.
