    Anyone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that'll just mean that anyone outside of the US will have to pay for shipping. Any US citizen will get it shipped free.

      Yeh that’s usually the case and a heavily discounted prize, although not specifically free, sure is worth the entry in my book.

    That is just stating the default region restriction when none is mentioned (so not the case for this one), as they do a fair few other comps during fundraisers like crucial ssds/ram, plugable things, and a few other misc items.
