Shop Back Super Swap Gift Card

Hi guys,

Just like a lot of you, I bought shopback gift cards when there is a promotion but never get to use them. Now that I have 5 of them sitting in my account but I am not sure what is the best way to check if they are used or not. Looking for some tips here.

When clicking "See Voucher", some of them lead me to a blank Prezzee page (assuming this is a used gift card?) and some of them lead me to a page where a gift is being unwrapped (assuming this is unused)

I can't seem to find any practical way of concluding otherwise from either Shopback or Prezzee.

    It means the swap card is now stored in Prezzee.

    It means the swap card is not yet stored in Prezzee.

    Store all swap cards in Prezzee and Prezzee will give you the balance on each card as well as the expiry date.

      Thanks, I think the problem for me is that I have probably swapped those cards for other gift cards with prezzee but there is no trace of it after that.

      I will probably have to make sure that I mark the gift card used on Shopback as soon as they are stored in Prezzee.

        When the swap card balance reaches $0, Prezzee automatically removes it from your account. The gift card that you swapped to remains in your account (even with $0 balance) until you manually press the Archive (or was it Remove or Delete) button.

        In short, Prezzee treats swap cards differently than gift cards.

    Did you ever create a Prezzee account? Once you've unwrapped the Super Swap Gift card, you can click on a link to store it into your Prezzee wallet.

    If the link takes you to unwrapping animation then it hasn't been redeemed yet.

    If the link takes you directly to a Prezzee login page, then that means you already stored it your Prezzee wallet and you may possibly have used it.

      Yeah I do have a prezzee account.

      I will probably have to make sure that I mark the gift card as used on Shopback as soon as they are stored in Prezzee.

    They got rid of Woolworths to swap with ffs
