Is there anyway accessing an ombudsman type organisation to collect FlyBuys that are redeemable but the vendor will not honour? ( Coles CC sign up 40,000)
The Coles team acknowledge I have met requirements but cannot work out why I have not been credited. And there default response is we'll get back to you …but never do
Would be a shame to led Coles off the hook for $200 , when they have charged me the annual $100 CC fee already.
Might this be part of the ACCC perview?
