How would they be able to tell what brand you purchased? I assume the reward is triggered by a $300+ spend at appliances online showing up on your CBA transactions

These rewards never seem to appear on my app or on the website. I just see "You've activated all of your rewards. We'll keep looking for rewards for you".

I wonder if it's because I never spend anything on this card anymore.
