Hi, my blanco bose89xp oven door would not close properly. 3cm gap. Bought new hinges. Installed them but one side is stuck. I cannot open the hinge on one side so that I can put back the oven door.

You need to lift the metal tab that holds the mechanism to allow you to put the door back on the oven and then you put the metal tab back to stop the door falling out later.

The metal tab is stuck. I don't want to force it or bend it…
Then you are up the NT salt water creek without a oar or gun and the boat has multiple leaks.
Did you take the mech out like in the video's and then try to get the tab to move?
Use a bigger hammer.
Or use a credit card.
Was anyone elses first thought.,oh god, i hope the pizza isn't stuck in it!?! Lol
I might be stating the obvious, but it's likely to be the same as the other side. So have a look to see how it's put together and see if you can figure out what could be stuck on the side that won't open?
