My WF-1000xm3 are still solid as, but I have wanted to try XM4 for a long time now. This deal finally sucked me in, just hope the refurb is nice quality.
Bought a pair of these last time they were on sale. They never charge properly and Sony have given me nothing but crap since i contacted them about getting a refund.
Keep chasing up. I had an issue that Sony eventually resolved after 3 months of following up on my part. I can't say the same for my Samsung support experience however. They will palm you off or giving you wrong info and never ever resolve your issue, happened to me twice….
Were they new or 2nds?
I bought the XM3 buds, they sent me a faulty unit, to be replaced by a faulty unit, then said 'as per our conditions we can only offer you a refund now'
They wasted about a month of my time, and prevented me buying anything else in the meantime.
They do appear to be actual returned goods they're selling, and they get it's ebay customers to confirm the fault.

Just received my XM4 and it looks absolute prestine and brand new.
Pairs and sounds good - can't complain so far….
Mine too but can't say for the sound quality atm. I am comparing it to jabra elite 75t and jabra sounds far better than the sony.
The stock EQ sucks. I googled for some new settings to suit rock/metal and there was an instant improvement.

Mine look brand new too. Ditched those foam tips but, they sucked so hard. Used my silicone tips from my Samsung buds and instant improvement.
Anyone else have issues with them disconnecting or one side turning off randomly?
I had an issue with constant wind noise in the right bud in noise cancelling and ambient sound mode. Contacted seller via ebay and have sent back for a replacement.
