Recommend to check out anytimecontacts.com.au (no affiliation)

Appears to be much cheaper without the discount plus you get an extra 5% off your first order (code: WELCOME5)

I did a comparison with Acuvue 1 Day Acuvue TruEye 90pk = $81.7 vs $111 at Specsavers which doesn't even qualify the min spend.

    • Thanks Sgt, I'll check them out. Have you ever ordered from them?

      • I put through an order tonight. I called their local number and it connected straight through. From my perspective it seems like a small business which I try to support as much as possible. I wasn't able to find them on trust pilot or product review but their facebook indicates they have been around for a while. If you're in doubt, you can always ask clearly to price match via calling their call centre.

    • Might have to check them out next time. My contacts are $15 cheaper compared to SpecSavers.for a 6 pack and even $8 cheaper than SpecSavers private brand which is re-packaging of the name brand ones.

Used these guys a few months ago - hassle-free transaction with a receipt for health fund claiming. Cheaper than Specsavers for me, even after Specsavers' discount.

    • Story checks out. $65 for a box of 90 acuvue moists vs $85 at specs and clearly.
Thanks for the heads up bud!

      • What's the expiry date on the lenses?

Update: Personally I would not recommend anytime contacts (anytimecontacts.com.au).

They were cheaper than specsavers for my lenses, however as someone else has stated they have the hassle of requiring that I send them a copy of my prescrition or, and here's the part that annoyed me, they threatened to not send the lenses and will not refund.

With Specsavers it takes me less than a minute to order and I don't have to check emails and jump through hoops.

Yea that's kind of messed up too. They shouldn't accept your money and THEN demand a script with threats of not sending the lenses and not refunding.

        • I did see it's mentioned in the FAQ section of the website but who reads that before ordering, not me.

      • Thanks for update. Will stay away if they have that attitude not good. Hope you get it sorted out. Hope Clearly Contacts will be OK, will check them out.

  • Specsavers offer with the Alcon cashback (participating products) means $70 off and don't forget cashback (doesn't apply to online only retailers). It does say not in conjunction with any other offer but I remember using this promo while ago with a Wish gift card and I got my cashback (not including Cashback). Maybe same this time. So Dailies Total 1 90 pack would be $55.

    https://www.alconreward.com.au/terms

Instructions on how to claim and the Reward form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

To be eligible to claim, claimants must purchase, in a single transaction, two (2) packs of a Participating Product from a Participating Retailer during the Purchase Period (“Qualifying Transaction”). Purchases from physical Participating Retailers only will be accepted, including purchases from that physical Participating Retailer’s online store. Online only or e-commerce only retailers are excluded. In the event a purchase receipt is not automatically provided to a claimant upon completing their Qualifying Transaction, it is the claimant’s responsibility to request one.

  • Disable adblockers guys if going for that offer.
