Suncorp Clear Options Rewards Points Transfer to Velocity Points - How Long Does It Take?

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone has transferred their Suncorp Rewards to Velocity points recently? Their website states the transaction may take up to 14 days, which of course is ridiculous. Has anyone done it and if so, how long did it take for the points to transfer across?

Most other points transfers seem to take 1-2 days depending who you transfer through (e.g. Amex points, hotel points) so 14 days seems crazy.

  I've done Suncorp -> KrisFlyer recently, took 2 business days. Transferred on Sunday and was there Tuesday morning.
