Need a second android mobile, dont want to pay a lot but need it to be responsive. For example I bought the Aspiro Nitro for $120 from Big W and immediately had to take it back as every app takes 20 seconds to load or doesnt load at all. Obviously not expecting a lot for this budget but need it to be reasonably responsive. Cheers.

Can you stretch it a little further?
Still a great phone with a really nice camera and being Pixel, it's just vanilla Android which is buttery smooth
Refurbed is fine, just prefer it today/tomorrow than waiting a week or so. Cheers

If you can stretch your budget to $250, i'd recommend a refurbished Samsung S10E - its my everyday phone, I love it.
