A free video recording software

Could anyone please point me to a freebie or 1/2 free video recording software, i have FRAPS,however, which can only record every 30sec …

  I'm pretty sure camstudio has a 2GB file size limit because it uses avi files. There doesn't seem to be a way around this except to use low quality settings or short clips.

I use Microsoft Expression Encoder for screen recording.. It's primary purpose is for ordinary screen records, not for 3d games or 3d apps.

hypercam 2 is the best, hands down. Nothing is better.
