Best Monitor for Surface Laptop (USBC) for Work (32-34inch) under $600

Hey all, ive been trolling through the forums to find a good solution and didn't really see something that fit this and thought it would help me and maybe others.

I have the surface laptop studio. Im not a designer, I just got it on a deal. I need a wide screen monitor to go with it. At home I use the Xiaomi 34 and an AOC 32inch for gaming and work. But need a widescreen at my new office. The surface has 2 USB-C ports. Im running a Razer mouse (with dongle but has Bluetooth)

My original thoughts were to get one of these
- AOC 32 inch https://www.pcbyte.com.au/p/aoc-q32v3s-ws-31-5-ips-4ms-75hz-…
- Gigabyte https://www.amazon.com.au/Gigabyte-G32QC-Gaming-Monitor-1500…
- Xiaomi 34 inch https://www.pcbyte.com.au/p/xiaomi-mi-34-va-4ms-144hz-2k-wqh…

Then get a USB-C to DP/HDMI (id rather HDMI cause i have to present at other offices off this laptop) but I'm not sure if this will work or it will be shit on those monitors?

USB-C monitor:
- I was told by a mate that I should get a USB-C monitor and just connect my peripherals to that and use the 1 cable, but reading other forum posts, seems USB-C monitors don't get great quality picture.

Any suggestions on a good monitor for this set up would be great.

Extra info: I wont be gaming, although i work in games. I will be watching content on it, designing PPT decks and other similar stuff.

Any help would be great, thank you
