You will need to request this interest rate change in NetBank Settings > Product Requests > Switch account options, then select Netbank Saver account + Go.

I am not sure if this offer is available for every existing customers. It could potentially be for selected customers only.

    You can go in on NetBank and update your rate every three months as it expires. It is a pain in the backside to remember to do it, they should just offer it ongoing.

    There are better saver accounts with better rates elsewhere. They do not reward loyal Commonwealth Bank customers! I am saying this as decades long “loyal customer” with savings as well as a big loan with them.
