Entertainment Values book. Anyone know where to get one?

I'm trying to get hold of the smaller Oct/Nov/Dec to Dec "Entertainment Values" book, which is apparently out now. Does anyone know which charities are selling them? The place I get my large book doesn't carry the smaller one.

    I found out that the Cancer Council is selling them, if anyone else is interested.

    I get mine through the local public school who do it for fundraising! They seem to sell the small one whereas the website only sells the large one which has different offers!
