    Make sure you get a good knife to go with it (maybe a Leatherman?). I know they have pull rings, but what if it breaks?! Otherwise yeah, couple of tins of food. If you need it to be cooked, pack a pot, some matchsticks, et al.

      u make the point for 5 year and long lasting, but in most of case we dont need that long.

      Tuna in Coles: 5for$4, I should only change it every 3 years. Contains Omega3…greater taste…more variations

      Anyway, good to see in the market…
