      It seems ebay and amazon are still stocking non-genuine and misleading products. Why am I not surprised. Any marketplace should be held responsible for this or at least offer buyer protection.

    Buy it already. Paypal offers buyer protection. If it's real and genuine you'll know or at least there are ways to identify genuine sandisk products.
