    Terrible customer service! I've experienced it. They didn't wana do refund or replacement. So i told them that they can shove my $ up their @$$.

    Having never had my hands in those guitar I would say that there are better options.
    You need to be motivated when you start learning and a reasonable build guitar is very important for that.

    Goto a guitar shop and just say you want to start. They probably steer you to a cheap Ibanez or Yamaha and can check if the setup is good for you
