        It is heavy, and will it slip from your shoulder easily? Also when doing it basically you cant do anything else with your hands, right?

          Hmm I don't have scales so wouldn't know the weight but it's easy to hold one handed.

          You can still hold a remote control for a tv, but maybe awkward to hold a glass of water. Generally if you're massaging your upper shoulders then yes U should wear the straps for two reasons. 1. To keep the massager there. 2. To control the pressure. I like it firm so I push my arms the opposite direction to get a firmer massage.

          If I'm massaging mid and lower back, I sit in my chair and don't wear the straps which allows me to continue typing on the keyboard

    The handheld massager is better as it more flexible and you can target certain muscles better.

    I'm offloading my one (in black) which I've used twice, if anyone wants that instead. I got a surprise Theragun for my bday lol
