Simple, Inexpensive, Reliable Power Bank Recommendations

I'm looking for a simple, inexpensive power bank, minimum 10000mAh 2.4A to power a heated vest daily and occasionally my mobile phone.

The power bank will be drained daily for my heated vest so the number of recharge cycles is pretty important too.

Most of the well known expensive brands have features like fast charging that I don't need and many eBay ones are an unknown as far as quality goes.

Can anybody recommend an inexpensive, simple, quality power bank?

Get the cheapest xiaomi 10 000 you can find. They have good cells.

Anker products are always a solid recommendation. Worth paying little extra for reliable performance & longevity.

Many cheap ones don't even meet the specs they claim.

Doesn't help you now, but eBay had eBay Plus deals for 10k powerbanks for $1 a year or so ago and they were around $10ish normally?
