          @Synticulous: Looks like the August 1 shipping was a bit of a fib. My partner spoke to support today, they said it should ship on Wednesday as the new estimated time shows, but when asked why it said Monday when she bought it and then turned into the 3rd once she paid, while the website is still telling people new purchases will ship on the 2nd, she got some spiel about it being a bank holiday in Australia.

          She also attempted to call up the support line when she ordered, only to get a message saying they were closed for the Australia Day public holiday 🤣 odd time to celebrate it, but I guess everyone is different.
