Hi,
Currently shopping around for a new NBN25 plan. Am with Tangerine at the moment ($59.90/month after trial period) but they have a sneaky mid-month billing cycle, so I’m charged on the 15th of each month and the cycle ends at the end of each calendar month. How do I move to a new provider without losing two weeks of what I’ve already paid for? Does anyone here move around to take advantage of the 6 month trial periods and how do you do this without losing days/weeks that you’ve already paid for? Thanks.
Cost effective way of moving NBN plans

Tell them you want your service to end on X date. Tell your new provider you want the service to start on X-1.
Thanks Brendanm
How's that "sneaky"? They're charging two weeks in advance and two weeks in arrears.
If you've paid for a particular period and cancel, the cancellation should be effective at the date at the end of the period you've paid for - regardless of when you actually paid.
