Bought Shoe racks from GROUPON 2 months ago and paid for it. Received voucher and filled out details ( from the URL on the specified date) such as the delivery address. Didn't receive goods and emailed Groupon and they said voucher has expired??
I filled out the detail but seems like their system didn't work and now they will not supply the goods. This is a scam ??????
Emailed support and they havn't responded for days . I will give them another day or two and if I don't hear back I will lodge a claim with small claims VCAT . It will cost more than I spent but it is for the principal . This is not acceptable behaviour. .
