I've been struggling to get access to the Auto Rewards page, it just reports "Sorry, we couldn’t load your Auto Rewards history this time. Please try again later." - has anyone else had this issue?
I also reached out to support via email months ago, but nobody has responded to me since. Is this normal?
support email turnaround time is about 6 months then they usually ask you for another info so another 6 months from there.
