Best Selfie Video Camera Sub-$200 Android phone?

I'm looking for a phone to use solely for recording selfie video. It will never be used as a phone. This is to replace an iPhone 6s which performs well enough except when it comes time to copy the files to my computer, which has become a nightmare.

Priorities (other than price) are:
Not an iPhone
Not on contract (presumably a pre-paid or unlocked)
I only care about the quality of the selfie camera
Only needs to be 1080p
Decent low light performance
60fps recording if possible
Be able to record at least an hour of video at a time, preferably to removable media for easy transfer to computer.

I'm sorry if that stuff is all kinda obvious. I've never really used Android and don't have much Idea what is out there. I've been a long time iPhone user, and will continue to use one as my daily driver, but Windows and iPhone do not get along when when you just want to copy files across and when it's important files and you want them quickly, it's just not something I can live with anymore.

This looks like the kind of thing, but maybe there is something better/as good for cheaper.

    Pixel 3XL might meet your price requirement if buying second hand.

    Also has two front facing cameras (and just one rear facing one) because one is an extrawide, which might be useful for what you need it for.

      Thanks, I'll have a look. I see some on ebay. It would not have occurred to me to look at one of these. I could imagine finding a use for an extra wide camera.

        As far as I can tell, the 3 and 3xl have the same camera's so the 3 would probably do. Anybody confirm this?

          I ordered a 'good condition' 3 (not XL) from ebay for $205.

            @CascadeHush: Oh yeah they might have the same camera actually didn't consider that. I used to have the 3XL so mind went straight to that.
