Has anyone used OzSave before

Pre-ordered Diablo 3 and still not arrived. Have now requested a refund as they promised it would arrive 9-10 business days after release. Will see how that goes…

Interested to know if anyone else has had a similar experience with this mob.

    I had this problem too, didn't realise that they don't actually send you the key, you have to retrieve it. You should be able to go to your proof of purchase email and there will be a link to "download" Product Key,that is actually a link to a mobile phone verification, after which you will be able to download your key! Hope this helps :)

    ill send them another email and see what happens by tuesday then get paypal to refund me.

    My names Ben and I work for ozsave.com, I am sorry you had problems with your orders. All the physical Diablo 3 pre-orders were sent on the 15th of May from the UK, any orders placed after the release date were posted within one business day. The digital (cd key) pre-orders were all sent on the 15th of May and any purchases after this date are sent within 5 minutes automatically. I understand some physical Diablo 3's have been late arriving, unfortunately, this is out of our control as the delivery speeds are controlled by the relevant mail companies (Royal Mail/Aus Post) and the delivery times are guidelines only and vary from state to state.
