Did you redeem against the same account twice or seperate accounts?
If your wondering if the PS5 code works on PS4, it does. I've redeemed my code on PS4 with no issues
Genuine question, why would you redeem twice on same accout as you would get the Vbucks if it worked but thats some costly V bucks.
What's so special about it? Why would someone get two?

Yeh I was thinking this through today. I'd say you'd need to redeem it on a Playstation account that's linked to your Epic Account. Whether or not you can do all that without having a Playstation handy is another thing
