Long story short, I had the famously frequently failing MS Elite 2 controller. I had it replaced 5 times before I told them to just give me my money back.
Refunds appear to come via what I assume is their supplier payment portal (https://paymentcentral.microsoft.com) that looks like it's from the 90s.
I've been expecting a payment since April (45 days after I submitted my bank details), but nada.
Has anyone had a refund from that portal come through? Ever had to reach support for a payment not received? The Xbox support team have no visibility of payments and they unhelpfully pointed me to this very generic mailbox for support ([email protected] - no responses after multiple emails).
I have a similar situation with the same store. Did you end up getting your refund? I'm owed $3,000 for a laptop that they have already collected but keep trying to send me to Payment Central which has nothing in it for me to add my details to. What was your process??
