Hello, I got some fresh lilies from Woolworths for the delivery order made on my birthday, but the flowers didn’t show up on the order nor invoice and Woolworths chat support said they don’t deliver flowers at all. the flowers came with the other things and Woolworths said no proof of delivery photo was taken that day. Just wondering if anyone has got them as well?
Not sure, the flowers look the same as those in store with the same “flower food” packets. Was going to tell them it’s a nice gesture but they kept saying they never do that and the store don’t even get access to my bd info

Myself no but I have heard of Woolworth's giving out free stuff chocolates, flowers and other stuff at random.

Maybe it was your turn to get flowers that you increased your chances of getting them because of your birthday? :)
Were they definitely from Woolworths? Any chance it was from someone/somewhere else and left at doorstep with the groceries? Else maybe a genuine mistake that got mixed up in your bags.
