I picked up the 64gb Samsung pro endurance from office works for $10 recently. Got two as it seemed a good price. Listed as clearance so limited stock

The 32GB Sandisk High Endurance is not what I would consider actually high endurance, Rated at only 2500 hours (0.28 years). Compared with Sandisk max endurance [$18.50 Amazon] 32GB at 15000 hours (1.71 years) or [$15 Amazon] Samsung PRO Endurance at 17520 (2 years). And yes I get it, if it is higher endurance than the unstated amount of the regular cards, then technically the statement is true
Of course the cost difference is a thing, but the 32GB only doing a quarter year is not really going to cut it in a dash cam or similar application. The 128GB at 10000 hours would be worth considering for some applications however again the alternatives are much better if you are keeping it long term.
To be fair majority of people probably drive on average around 2 hours max per day, in that scenario that would mean it should last around 3.5years and that is only if it actually dies at 2500hrs when in reality it will probably last longer
That said you are right and it seems like the quality is no where near the others you listed for not much savings so seems like a bit of a waste of money and not something to skimp on when the last thing you want is for the card to fail and to find out it wasn't recording when you need it
32GB and delivery extra is pretty mediocre for this card. The 64GB of this card has been a dollar or two more including delivery in the past.
