I recently bought the Sony wh-1000xm4s from The Good Guys online when they were on sale. I paid for delivery and got my order confirmation email back but I still haven't gotten any details regarding the order being shipped or anything further. Plus The Good Guys customer service seems pretty helpless. What should I do?
Actually in my experience I found the good guys customer service pretty good. Give them a call and, although sometimes you've got to wait a long time, the rep is usually very helpful. Don't talk to the people in store which is where they will usually patch you through first based on your location, ask to be transferred to the web orders helpdesk
yeah give them a call i had a similar thing with a washing machine just took weeks to get stock into my local GG store.
Wait a another week then contact gg again or ask for refund?
