I saw this promotion on a poster at my local petrol station, I unfortunately couldn't take a picture, without looking like a weirdo.

The offer basically said that you would get a free Blues or Marones number plate (State of Origin) if you purchased 2 x Powerade products. I didn't have enough time to read the fine print on the poster. The number plates were both blue and marone on the poster, and both had the relevant team logos on them.

I called Powerade on 1800 025 123 and was told that the offer was not posted online, as it is only available at certain petrol stations, whilst stock lasts.

I can confirm the following petrol station:

Woolworths Chancellor Park (QLD)

It is possible that the promotion may be at other Woolworths petrol stations.

Can anyone please confirm whether they have seen this promotion at their local (presumably Woolworths) petrol station?

      Good question, I presumed that it was a car number plate, though it could be one where they put your name on it. I will inspect the poster when I am next there.

      It is a very small petrol station, no more than 6 customers can stand in there at once. I am not game to take a picture of a poster behind a counter, with 5 other people staring at me. It is not like I am just passing through.

      As I said before, I didn't have time to read the fine print. Though since the promotion is only through certain petrol stations, it should be a case of buying two Powerade products in the one transaction, and filling out a redemption form provided by the petrol station.

    "Hi Mark, the number plates are novelty items and are available whilst stocks last in Woolworths Petrol outlets when you buy any two POWERADE products in one transaction between 12.01am AEST on 28/05/2012 and 11.59pm AEST on 24/06/2012."
