Was just wondering if anyone has any tips on what time of the month or what day is usually the best to do so. Located in the Brisbane area and full tank usually lasts two weeks if that helps.

+1 ACCC site is what I rely on too - may not get the absolute bottom but will be within a couple of days
Don't stress too much, just lock before you need to fill up.
Price keep going down recently , last week 195, U90 I think it cheap but now keep going down. .

Unfortunately, unlike Perth for example, Brisbane doesn't have a static fuel cycle. A high to low cycle can be anything from a couple of weeks, to a couple of months. Generally though, I find that roughly 30 days is average for Brisbane.
To answer your actual question, https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/petrol-diesel-lpg/petrol-p…, is probably the closest you'll get without checking prices everyday. Use that site in conjunction with something like refinery.fyi (also a website, has 7-11 prices country wide) to see if prices are nearing the bottom, or have reached the bottom and are starting to go up again.
