Anyone know what JB Hifi would do if you sold the projector and then the person who bought the projector returned it to JB Hifi for a refund?

My soundbar is faulty and it seems that jb no longer sell this model.. Not sure if JB would offer a repair instead of replacement or upgrade model from B450.
Saw a clause that exchange or refund is a no-no.. does anyone know if exchange or upgrade due to faulty is still eligible for the cashback redemption?

I messaged them the other day, said they were going to escalate but have not heard back.
Jb got back to me and said the GCs will be out by the end of the week. They mentioned the person that issues the cards was away last week thus the delay
