    Remove the shell of the seeds and enjoy the delightful taste.

      It's the ultimate in fiddly foods though. Tastes good but, to me, not really worth the effort.

        It's actually quite effortless once you learn how to eat these with one hand. Pairs well with a drink and a good show to watch. Your eyes don't even need to leave the screen to eat these
