    Just give me 8 pairs of plain black socks.

    It seems only home brand things do this now which mean the quality and comfort isn't great.

    But it's so easy to pair them up. And the reason Bonds do this I feel is so when 1 sock gets a hole in it you have to throw out both of them, instead of holding onto the spare to pair up with another lonely one eventually.

  nice soft feel BUT that's where the positives end .. worst socks ever.. it's shedding material everywhere. pretty sure these won't last long at all.

  I can only agree that the shonkiest socks goes to this slippery mob. Fibres all over the place give you a new job of perpetually picking up those loose fibres when you wear them.

  Steer clear of the seller Zazel. Sent wrong sized socks. Days and days of waiting to get a response, and they then demand buyer must pay return postage fee. They only have a Heidelberg PO Box "address". No other address is available. I am only a couple of kilometres away but no physical address to return to. Between Aust Post charges and their "return" fees the cost to return the wrong sized socks was more that the amount they charged for the socks.

  Very dodgy when you go through their terms and lack of service. I have been "Zaselled" well and truly. Flash website but sharp practices.

    By now you should be well aware of your consumer rights. It is the seller who is responsible for the return shipping for their own fault, not the buyer.

    Can you please reach out to us? From what we can see from your emails, you mentioned that you made 2 purchases where 1 purchase was for an error made on your part where you purchased the wrong size socks. This was not our error. You also mentioned that we take days and days to reply, which is also untrue. There are 7 messages between yourself and our CS team between July 20 and July 22.
    We are sorry if you have an issue with the quality of the socks, however there was no mention of this via email at all. Please contact us if you'd like to discuss this matter further. Thank you.

  As an associate you inherently have a vested,self-serving interest in promoting the product. The other commenters referred to poor quality which I can only strongly endorse. The continuous shedding is the worst I have ever experienced. No other sock I have ever purchased over many decades have shed themselves like these.

  As to service I would recommend to potential purchases to read the conditions for supply most likely attempt to quash statutory rights that consumers hold.

  If you wish to demonstrate good faith please publish a physical address so dissatisfied buyers can return such products to. A PO Box is not enough.
