Alienware AW3423DW - Look out for Scratches and Marks

Hey all - I received my monitor to only witness scratches visible and smudge marks at the very top of the monitor which was very hard to take off. Just wanted to let everyone know who has purchase this to keep an eye out. Been doing more research, and found this. Scratch marks I couldn’t remove. If you find it, RMA it straight away.

  There QC is honestly terrible, Im on my third AW3423DW monitor which seems to be ok so far.

    Have put the RMA in. Looks like it might be a couple of months wait for a new monitor I believe. I've been reading they are attempting to fix packaging and firmware issues hence why there is a wait around for new orders.
