Normally I would not call this a good deal. It is 20% off RRP and despite limited availability (this set is not available for sale via major retailers) does not represent a significant discount.

However, LEGO will start increasing prices next month and according to the fresh rumours this particular set will go up in price by 25%.

Should that happen, with the new RRP close to $400 buying this set for $270 might end up a very good deal.
